DESIGN APPROVAL

After collecting all the necessary visuals, information and research we will supply a comprehensive visual plan. We value input from our clients and will supply a roll-out plan, including proofing phases and approval process.

DEVELOP & LAUNCH

Roll out the final product. Rigorous testing and improving of ideas between our creative and development team ensures your website, brand or social media design get your intended brand message across and your target audience engaged.

POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT

We provide continuous support and monthly retainer packages for those who which to optimizing their brand performance across multiple online and offline marketing channels. Constant changes in the advertising industry requires a brand lift every now and then.

Project timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work. Once we receive the approved quote and the initial deposit, we’ll provide you with an estimated timeline for completion. However, please be aware that delays in feedback from your side may result in a pause on the project and a restart fee if resuming at a later date.

Payments are structured based on the type of project:

  • For projects over R1000, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. For smaller projects under R1000, we require 100% upfront.
  • For urgent projects, a 70% deposit is required.
  • Monthly social media retainers are due at the beginning of the month before campaigns are launched.

All payments are due before the project’s final handover, and we accept bank transfers or EFTs.

Upon final payment, you will receive all approved files in the specified format mentioned in the scope of work.

Our quotes include two rounds of revisions to ensure you’re satisfied with the results. Additional revisions can be made at an hourly rate of R450. We encourage open communication throughout the process so that the final product aligns with your vision.

Our quotes do not cover third-party software or licenses, general IT support, Microsoft Exchange email (available on request), or support beyond the two-week after-sales period for new hosting clients. Any further support is available at R350 per hour.

Any ad hoc work will be quoted separately, and there are no hidden costs. We provide an initial estimate for such work, which will be finalized and approved by you before proceeding. This ensures transparency and keeps you informed throughout the process.

Getting started is easy! Once you approve the quote and make the initial deposit, we’ll begin working on your project. From there, we’ll keep you updated at each step and collaborate with you to bring your vision to life.
